Fun Spot’s SunShield adds years to trampoline mat life by protecting perimeter stitching from UV-exposure. Typically, the rows of stitching around the perimeter of your trampoline's mat last about 30% to 50% as long as the actual trampoline mat fabric. After this perimeter stitching fails, the trampoline mat must be repaired or replaced. SunShield is a heavy-duty webbing, wider and heavier than seat belt webbing and it is sewn on top of the perimeter stitching of the trampoline mat to protect it from UV-exposure. SunShield will approximately double the life of your structural stitching. While basic trampolines mat stitching is warranted for 2-years, SunShield extends this stitching warranty to 4-years. I was very happy to find our new mat fit perfectly. I found the website to be very easy to follow and helped me avoid making a mistake on sizing. The mat took longer to ship then to make. Very pleased with the whole transaction and delivery of product.

Fun spot was incredibly professional throughout the entire business process. I researched a few companies before I made a decision to go with Fun Spot. I was glad that I did, because my Trampoline was set up and entertaining my kids as quickly as they promised.
Because of the type of trampoline I have I had to order another part from another company. In the competitive company’s case, I paid for the part, was told it was in stock and then waited and waited to find out what happened. This company is even in the same state I live in and I still do not have the part I ordered. I called that other company numerous times and have yet to have them answer a phone even once. For a while I was concerned that my money was lost.
In my case Fun Spot is all the way across the country from me. They custom made a trampoline mat for my trampoline, shipped it ground (free of charge), and I received it in less than a week. That is with at least five days for delivery time alone.
Fun Spot's has always answered the phone every time I called during business hours and they have an incredibly helpful customer service department that helped me with a couple of simple questions that I had. Questions that actually were already answered for me (without me realizing it) on their web site during the order process. Regardless, I was comforted in knowing that there were real people there to stand behind and support any purchase that I made, not only today but in the future. I could not recommend a better company to buy a new trampoline from or as in my case, parts for an existing trampoline. My son is even happier than I am!

The title says it all: we received what we expected, when we expected it. This experience is completely opposite of our prior attempt to purcahse a jumping mat over the web from a different vendor. (My 4 year old granddaughter LOVES the color we picked.)
