We purchased a few springs to replace some of the very cheap/very weak ones that came with our brand new trampoline. Once we saw the quality of the FunSpot springs that arrived we immediately made a 2nd purchase and replaced ALL of the springs on our trampoline. The kids report that the bounce is now much better than the original set-up!! You can't beat FunSpot's prices either. FunSpot will be our spot for all of our trampoline replacement parts in the future!

I live in Mexico where I bought a trampoline for my daughter at the local Sam's club that happened to be rather unusual because it has a 3 ft frame but uses sixty springs. When the original mat was finally broken by three years of continuous use I could not find a proper replacement for it. Fortunately at Fun Spot they were ready to provide a custom made mat for our trampoline, yet they were very helpful and careful with the handling of my order by first asking me to check and double check the actual measurements from both the trampoline's frame and the old broken mat as well as from the springs. Indeed the old mat cannot be properly measured as it was fully ripped off along its length. Nevertheless the experts at Fun Spot were able to work out the right size for the mat on the basis of the frame's and springs' measures. The mat was timely delivered to my relatives in New Mexico that brought it to my place in Toluca, Mexico. The mat fitted perfectly, same as the original and so my daughter can now enjoy her trampoline as usual.

I purchased a replacement mat from Funspot two days before Christmas. Early on Christmas Eve, a family member delivered a different replacement mat to me as a surprise gift. I called Funspot to see if I could cancel the order that I had made the day before. Even though my Funspot order had already been placed on the truck, they managed to get the order pulled and refund my money, even though they were closing in a few minutes for Christmas. It was a very classy thing for them to do, and they deserve credit for GREAT service.

Wow, we were really impressed with customer service, the speed with which our order was filled & with the mat. When you said you were a little backed up, we thought it would be a few weeks, and then we had our trampoline a week later! Then I thought it wasn't going to fit right, because it started looking skewed as were putting it on, but it all aligned itself once all the springs were attached & it looks awesome. The kids are once again having a blast on it, and our house is the neighborhood hangout!

From measurement instructions, through helpful conversation on the phone to delivery of our new mat FunSpot provided us with great service. Shipping to Dubai was not an issue and now hopefully, with the uv screen in place the mat will last us through, and with three children doing some serious bouncing it will take some punishment! We were given a used trampoline but we needed a mat. We got online and used your instructions. I ordered it and it came really quickly. The mat it perfectly tight. My son uses it all the time. I would suggest you all to everyone. Instructions are easy to follow. It was very easy to put on and looks better than the original one did when it was new. We have ordered from Funspot before for another trampoline we used to have. Both times the mats have been great. I have no doubt this one will last. We got white u/v protction on the trim. Will come back with all of our future trampoline needs.
