Performance trampoline mat fabric has more porosity and delivers slightly better bounce due to reduced air resistance while jumping. Mat has more snap and requires less energy to sustain bounce. Typically, the rows of stitching around the perimeter of your trampoline's mat last about 30% to 50% as long as the actual trampoline mat fabric. After this perimeter stitching fails, the trampoline mat must be repaired or replaced. SunShield is a heavy-duty webbing, wider and heavier than seat belt webbing and it is sewn on top of the perimeter stitching of the trampoline mat to protect it from UV-exposure. First class service to costumers

I live in Mexico where I bought a trampoline for my daughter at the local Sam's club that happened to be rather unusual because it has a 3 ft frame but uses sixty springs. When the original mat was finally broken by three years of continuous use I could not find a proper replacement for it. Fortunately at Fun Spot they were ready to provide a custom made mat for our trampoline, yet they were very helpful and careful with the handling of my order by first asking me to check and double check the actual measurements from both the trampoline's frame and the old broken mat as well as from the springs. Indeed the old mat cannot be properly measured as it was fully ripped off along its length. Nevertheless the experts at Fun Spot were able to work out the right size for the mat on the basis of the frame's and springs' measures. The mat was timely delivered to my relatives in New Mexico that brought it to my place in Toluca, Mexico. The mat fitted perfectly, same as the original and so my daughter can now enjoy her trampoline as usual.

Great Service - even though I didn't buy a mat

I purchased a replacement mat from Funspot two days before Christmas. Early on Christmas Eve, a family member delivered a different replacement mat to me as a surprise gift.
I called Funspot to see if I could cancel the order that I had made the day before. Even though my Funspot order had already been placed on the truck, they managed to get the order pulled and refund my money, even though they were closing in a few minutes for Christmas.
It was a very classy thing for them to do, and they deserve credit for GREAT service.

Wow, we were really impressed with customer service, the speed with which our order was filled & with the mat. When you said you were a little backed up, we thought it would be a few weeks, and then we had our trampoline a week later! Then I thought it wasn't going to fit right, because it started looking skewed as were putting it on, but it all aligned itself once all the springs were attached & it looks awesome. The kids are once again having a blast on it, and our house is the neighborhood hangout!
