Will I be charged for shipping?

Prices include UPS ground shipping to the lower 48 US states (excluding complete trampoline units).
International orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Any duties and taxes that may apply upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer.

 

How will my order ship?

US Postal service is used for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, military addresses and foreign countries for an additional charge. If you prefer an alternate service, please contact us for pricing.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders received before 2:00pm Eastern Time typically ship same day. If your item is a custom jumping mat, these typically ship in 7 to 14 business days.

If you need your order for a birthday party or other event, please inform us in the "Special Instructions" box provided at the end of the order form. We strive to always ship popular items same day from stock; however, please contact us if you would like to verify availability before ordering.

 

When will I receive my order?

UPS shipments arrive in 1 to 5 days. View our time-in-transit map to see when your UPS shipment should arrive.

 

How can I track my shipment?

When your order ships, Fun Spot will email your UPS Ground tracking number and complete instructions for tracking your shipment. If you already have your tracking number, you can track your shipment here.

 

Will I be charged sales tax?

Only orders shipped to addresses within the state of Georgia are charged sales tax.

What is Fun Spot's privacy policy?

We have never sold, rented, traded or loaned our email database and will never do so. In recent years, recalls have been issued by trampoline manufacturers including JumpSport, JumpKing and Hedstrom. Should similar safety issues reoccur, we reserve the right to notify customers who we believe may own the recalled product.

 

Is my credit card information safe?

What payment methods do you accept?

Fun Spot accepts online orders using Discover, Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards. Customers preferring to mail their order can also pay by money order and cashiers check.

 

What is your warranty?

Jumping mats : 

Fabric - Our trampoline fabric is fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a full 5-years. Our competitors' fabric warranty is pro-rated and requires the customer to pay as much as 90% of the cost of replacement.

Stitching : 2-years.

SunShield Option : 4-years.

Who honors the warranty?

Since we are the manufacturer, Fun Spot handles all warranty issues directly. We do not pass our customers off to a third party.

 

What is your return policy?

 We believe in the quality of Fun Spot products. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order for refund within 30-days of purchase. In the unlikely event this become necessary, please contact us for your mandatory Return Authorization number. Custom products cannot be returned.

 

Do you charge restocking fees?

If you are unhappy after receiving your order of a stock product, ship it unused and in new condition within seven days and you will be charged no restocking fees. Please contact us for your mandatory Return Authorization number.

 

Who pays shipping charges on returns?

Fun Spot pays all shipping costs for returns caused by our mistake. The customer pays all shipping costs for returns caused by their mistake. Depending on circumstance, this sometimes requires paying shipping charges for the original outbound and return shipments. Please be aware that the most common cause for return is inaccurate measuring.
