A career of managing people, processes, and projects in the commercial construction industry has prepared Kyle Kent to make a difference at Fun Spot. His passion for the craft of building physical structures pushed him to earn a degree in construction management from ___________ university. His career has included roles as site superintendent, project engineer, project manager, and project executive on dozens of projects in retail, education, healthcare, housing, and other industries.

The team perspective Kyle brought to the construction industry will serve him well on the leadership team at Fun Spot. Outfitting a family entertainment center is a complex project requiring a range of perspectives, skills, and resources. In his sales director role, Kyle will work with the team to optimize processes – making sure that project goals, timelines, and budget targets are always met. Kyle calls this “always doing what we promise.”

Dual goals of learning about his new industry and supporting his team to deliver quality have sent Kyle to customer project sites across the country where he’s meeting new people, offering direction, and serving customers.

In his marketing director role, the priorities are quality and quantity of communication, and strategic innovation. Kyle believes that balanced professional communication in many forms can support a positive customer experience. Under his leadership, Fun Spot teams are already using new technologies to enhance the customer experience and better manage projects. Innovation in the form of exciting new product launches will bring new options to customer parks and will continue to position Fun Spot as a market leader.

A life view that centers on service to others and setting a high ethical bar is the foundation of Kyle’s leadership philosophy. He works hard to empower people to do their best work, and wants to always be a person that customers and colleagues can count on.

Kyle, his wife Emily, and their 3 children (ages 2, 5 & 7) live near Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. In his personal time, Kyle enjoys golf, hunting, and fishing. However time for these hobbies is in short supply because his free time currently involves lots of field research with his family at local trampoline parks and adventure centers.
